By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge:
 

  1. BOOKINGSYour stay is in the room you have booked. You can request to switch a room, but availability is not guaranteed.
     
  2. CANCELLATIONS - A 4% Admin fee is charged on all booking cancellations.   
     
  3. CHECK-IN HOURS at The Zula Lodge are from 3pm - 8pm. The office closes at 8pm. (Yes, truly.)
     

  4. CHECK-OUT is by 10am.  (NOT 10:15, or 10:30am.  Please be respectful of our time, and check out by 10am.)
     

  5. LATE ARRIVAL & LATE FEES:
     

    1. PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS:  There is no late-fee for PRE-PAID Reservations.  If you arrive after the office closes at 8pm, then a note with your name and room # will be posted on the Office Door. However, you cannot retrieve pre-paid shower coins till the office reopens the next morning at 10am. 
       

    2. UNPAID RESERVATIONS:
       
      1. YOU CONTACT US:  If you have an UNPAID Reservation and contact us to let us know you're arriving late, a late fee of $20 will be charged for each HOUR you are late. [REMINDER - There is No Late Fee if your reservation is Pre-Paid.] 
         
      2. YOU DO NOT CONTACT US:  If you have an UNPAID Reservation and do NOT contact us before 7:30pm to let us know you are running late, your reservation is cancelled at 7:30pm, and will be given to the next person on our waiting list.
         
  6. KITCHEN:​
    1. The Gas for the Stoves/Ovens in the Zula is switched OFF at 9:30pm and switched back ON at 6:30am.  Please finish cooking your meal before 9:30pm.  You will still have access to the microwave and rice cookers, after 9:30pm. 
       
  7. DRUGS & ALCOHOL: 
    1. Alcohol and Drugs are not permitted in the Zula Lodge or on the property.
       

  8. YOUR FRIENDS
    The Zula Lodge is for booked-in guests ONLY.  Please do not invite unbooked friends to join our Shabbat dinners, to visit you at the Zula, to spend time in the Lodge, or use Zula facilities (kitchen, shower, etc).  

     

  9. CHILDREN:
    1. If you have children that play in the toy area of the lounge, please make sure they clean up after themselves (or, please clean up for them!)
    2. Please do not allow children to bang on the piano - thank you!
